That was my first impression of them when we met a month before the event to discuss plans for their intimate, cozy backyard Micro Wedding. They had recently moved down South, where Warren is from, so we didn’t get to meet in person until the Big Day.
And my suspicions were correct, they are cool.
Warren’s last minute decision to go with a hat instead of a more traditional veil made guests remark all evening that she looked just like Jackie O. And Nick’s green Gucci suit. They’re a match made in trendy person heaven.
Warren took on the incredible task of planning the entire event in just about two months. When she reached out to us, Cheers Now Kiss stepped in a month before the big day to provide Day of Coordination services, ensuring every detail of their special day went off without a hitch.

Cocktail hour took place beside the pool, where guests were treated to a one-of-a-kind experience. Warren and Nick hired Bert, a local oyster shucker, who walked around the poolside shucking fresh oysters that he had foraged that very morning. This unique touch added a sense of freshness and celebration to the event, perfectly setting the tone for the evening.

Dinner, crafted by Prime Catering, was a highlight of the night. The three-course meal paid homage to Nick’s East Coast roots and Warren’s Southern heritage, offering a unique fusion of flavors that guests are still raving about. This blend of coastal freshness and Southern comfort brought their personal histories to the table in a delicious, meaningful way.
During dinner, toasts were had and stories told and the wine glasses were never empty.

Throughout the night we would stop to chat with guests and vendors, everyone remarking how beautiful the couple was, how gorgeous the evening. The way the space was lit up by all the candles and the pool lights, the gorgeous floral arrangements crafted by NT Designs. It was an evening to get lost in, a chance to grab another drink, make another speech, and smoke a cigar or two. An evening to look out at your close friends and family and drink in the beauty of a late summer evening, surrounded by those you love.
